Marie Casteel
Marie Casteel, Ohio Divorce Diva, is our family law attorney. Her passion is protecting the rights of individuals and families as they face difficult legal issues. Prior to the practice of law, she worked for four years as a high school educator. During that time she saw firsthand how issues that her students faced at home impacted their learning and success. Today, she uses that experience to inform her practice of law, as she helps families to reach the best possible result. She is dedicated to “the best interests of the child” standard, and the resolution of family issues through negotiation whenever possible. When negotiation is not possible, she is capable and willing to zealously and aggressively litigate on her client’s behalf. She graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011, and has experience working with complex issues such as domestic violence, and out-of-state child custody relocations.
